The staff is wonderful. I am greeted by multiple staff members on every visit. They are always willing to share knowledge and help find things. I love the selection of beautiful fabrics in such a wide range of colors. They have a wonderful selection of notions, threads and batting. They have a great selection of sewing machines. These are some of the quilts I've made with supplies from their shop. I highly recommend visiting their shop and expand your quilting supply stash.
Fantastic store, fabulous employees who have been consistently polite and well educated on the products they sell, both over the phone and in person. I purchased a brand new baby lock machine after I was helped extensively with all my questions, and I am looking forward to the next class schedule so I can learn new things!
Above and beyond service. I was in with my Grandma and my aunt a couple weekends ago. A planned stop on our girls day to get Grandma a new Bernina and take advantage of the sidewalk sale. Not only were we welcomed the second we step out of the car. This level of attentivness continued the whole experience without being overwhelmed. The staff were kind and recognized Grandma's need for a seat without asking just provided one for her respectfully. They were also all very knowledgeable and supportive. Service has gone beyond our purchase to even teaching about the new technology in the Bernina in ways that are easy for all generations present to understand. I'm a loyal customer for life now simply because of the level of care this team shows it's customers.
I have always felt really uncomfortable in this store. I've been in at least a dozen times, if not more, and I have Never Once been greeted by an employee. That's the honest truth! And when getting ready to cash out, the staff are always rude. I've thought that maybe it was just my experiences, but when I went scrolling through the reviews, it seems as though quite a few people have had the same experience. Being ignored. I really try to use local businesses, but at this point, I won't be back. Maybe if I was a regular I would get better treatment.
Wonderful shop, I bought my first embroidery machine last week and could not be happier! I live over 700 miles away but chose to make my purchase here. Feels like family! Every single employee was very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you!

My wife loves this place and to be honest, it's fun to watch her go up and down every isle in excitement! She loves to quilt and if we had millions of dollars, our house would be wall to wall quilts! She was looking at material and the long arm quilting machines with so much wonderment in her eyes, it's like watching a little child going into a toy store for the first time!!!
